Disco queens Sister Sledge and soul heart-throb Gregory Porter are among the headliners at Love Supreme, a festival in East Sussex bearing the same name as John Coltrane’s 1964 jazz prayer of thanks to God.

In addition there will be “afterparties” (DJ sets) with Jamz Supernova, Norman Jay MBE and Jazz FM Presents, as well as “Blue In Green” DJ sets “curated” by Patterns, Tru Thoughts and Tim Garcia & Tina Edwards, Mafalda, Rebecca Vasment, Kirrolus, Melle Brown and Scarlett O’Malley.
The Supremium VIP area will offer a range of premium benefits plus the opportunity to watch exclusive artist performances and the Jazz Lounge will present a range of artist interviews, talks, panel discussions and film screenings.
Off the musical track the festival features wellness and yoga area Breathe, secret swimming, hill walks across the South Downs, activities aimed at children, and the “Bands & Voices” area, which will present cabaret, spoken word and dance.
The Love Supreme Jazz Festival 2022 takes place at Glynde Place in East Sussex from 1-3 July
